Subscription Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

6-month subscriptions may be cancelled after the initial 6-month term has been completed. Early cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Upon cancellation, your current pedal must be returned within 1 day prior to the end of our subscription term using the prepaid return label provided. Failure to return within this period will result in a lost equipment charge at market replacement value.
