RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Subscription Cancellations Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

6-month subscribers may cancel after their initial 6-month term. Early cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Pedal Returns Upon cancellation, your current pedal/s must be returned within 1 day prior to your membership period ending using the prepaid return label provided. Failure to return within this period will result in a lost equipment charge at market replacement value.

Damaged or Faulty Pedals If you receive a pedal that is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Damage that occurs during your borrowing period is subject to our Equipment Loss & Damage Policy outlined in our Terms of Service.

Subscription Fee Refunds Subscription fees are non-refundable once a pedal has been dispatched. If a pedal is significantly delayed in transit through no fault of the member, we will assess refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
