Shipping & Delivery
All pedal orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping + prepaid return label: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping + prepaid return label: 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates apply to metropolitan areas. Customers in regional and remote areas of Australia should allow additional time — in some cases up to 10 business days for standard shipping and 5 business days for express.
Return labels A prepaid Australia Post return label is included in every delivery box. Simply place your pedal back in the box it was delivered in, stick the label on it and drop it at any Australia Post outlet or street posting box when you're ready to swap.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your pedal is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the journey.
